About the hotel - Alica, Arkhyz village
For a comfortable stay, we have prepared two modern "smart" cottages and a large house equipped with kitchens.
The capacity of smart cottages is from 2 to 4 guests, and a large house can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The rooms, located separately on the second floor, are suitable for companies of up to four people.
We have paid special attention to convenience: in each cottage you will find a kitchen equipped with a set of dishes and cutlery, an electric and microwave oven, a refrigerator and enough space for pleasant evenings with family and friends.
In addition, Alice smart speakers are installed in all houses, which will make your morning especially comfortable - while you are still in bed, Alice will turn on the kettle, open the curtains and turn on cozy music.
Terms of stay
Check-in is carried out in the presence of identity documents.
According to the living conditions:
1) Alcohol consumption in public areas is strictly prohibited;
2) Smoking is prohibited in the premises, a fine of 10000r;
3) Check-in with animals is prohibited;
4) Please observe silence after 23:00.

Cancellation policy
Payment for the reservation is made in the amount of the cost of the first day of stay. If the reservation is cancelled no later than 14 days before arrival, the amount deposited will be refunded.
